Important Reminders for Competitors

• No day parking in stabling due to the high volume of entries
  
• You will be greeted by staff at the welcome station. They will direct you to stabling and be happy to answer any questions
  
• Come ready to unload your trailer, as there will be no parking in stabling.
  
• You will receive one Friday night competitors’ party ticket with your entry. All additional tickets must be purchased at $25 per person. Go to the order form to pre-order. This party may sell out, so order as early as possible.
  
• You will be required to wear the cross-country piney holder provided by the competition. These have been quite a success at prior events. If you do not already have one, cost to purchase is $10. If you prefer not to purchase, the fully refundable deposit is $10 and the piney holder must be returned before you depart the grounds.
  
• Stall doors are provided. Stall floors are stone dust.
